Cookies and measurement preferences

Google Analytics measures visits and phone/WhatsApp button clicks only with Analytics consent. Google Ads and Conversion Linker, and OpenAI’s ChatGPT Ads pixel, link ad interactions with site visits and contact clicks only with Advertising measurement consent. Google Tag Manager manages Google tags. The relevant measurement tools do not load before consent.

You can choose separately for these two purposes. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or contact links. Google personalized advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled; the measurement events we send to OpenAI opt out of personalization. The OpenAI pixel has automatic advanced matching enabled, but this site has no form requesting names, email addresses, phone numbers or patient information, and we do not add user details to the pixel.

Measurement may include browser/device information, cookie identifiers, ad attribution codes and visit times. Google measurement may also use the public page path, language and button placement. We send OpenAI generic page-view and phone/WhatsApp click events without adding treatment names, page paths or patient details. Providers process your IP address when receiving requests. Your phone number, message content and health records are not added to measurement events. Arbitrary URL queries are removed; only validated ad codes may be used after advertising consent. A button click does not mean a conversation took place or an appointment was booked.

Cookie and local storage inventory

yakut_cookie_consent — Yakut; first-party local storage; remembers consent choices, choice time and notice version; 180 days. Contains no name, phone number or health data.

_ga, _ga_TVKVT576VM — Google Analytics; first-party cookies; visitor and session measurement; configured for 180 days on this site. Only with Analytics consent.

_gcl_au, _gcl_aw, _gcl_gs and other _gcl_* records — Google Ads; first-party cookies; ad attribution; up to 90 days. Which cookies appear depends on the ad source and browser. Only with Advertising measurement consent.

_gcl_ls — Google Conversion Linker; first-party local storage; ad click information. Local storage has no automatic browser expiry; this site removes the record when you withdraw advertising consent or no valid consent remains. You can also clear it in your browser.

yakut_consent_blocked — Yakut; first-party cookie; prevents reuse of an old consent if saving a preference fails; up to 180 days. Removed when a new preference is saved successfully.

__oppref, __obref — OpenAI ChatGPT Ads; first-party cookies storing an ad attribution code and a random browser reference respectively. __oppref lasts 30 days after the code is written; __obref lasts 365 days after creation. Used only with Advertising measurement consent and removed on withdrawal or invalid consent.

oaiq_consent and __oaiq_consent — OpenAI pixel consent records in local storage and a 30-day first-party cookie respectively. Your site consent preference takes precedence; these records are cleared when advertising consent is not valid.

__cf_bm — Cloudflare; security and bot prevention cookie; used by the hosting infrastructure when needed; expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is not used for advertising.

Detailed Analytics user and event data retention is set to two months, without resetting on a new visit. This does not change retention of aggregated standard reports. Browser cookie lifetimes and server-side report retention are different.

Collection, legal basis and recipients

Data is collected automatically through your browser and permitted tags. Optional analytics and advertising measurement rely on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of Turkish Law No. 6698. Remembering your preference and securing the site rely on the legitimate interest in providing a secure site, subject to protecting your fundamental rights (Article 5(2)(f)).

Consented measurement data may be sent to Google and, for ChatGPT Ads measurement, OpenAI. Technical data needed to serve the site may be sent to OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting/security infrastructure. These providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye. Contact the data controller about international transfers and personal-data requests.

Your choices and rights

You can change or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal stops measurement, removes the relevant first-party measurement records and reloads the page. It does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether and why your data is processed, request information, learn its recipients, request correction or deletion/destruction where the conditions apply, request notification of these actions to recipients, object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
